碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 生態學研究所 / 96 / This study was conducted in 2007, three months a season, divides four times to survey environmental factor and aquatic animal resource at campus pond of 13 elementary schools in coast area of Taichung County. Total 10257 specimens and 35 taxa were collected. These aquatic animals included Gastropoda, Hirudinea, Oligochaeta, Ostracoda, Malacostraca, Amphibia, and Actinopterygii. For the dominant component in each site: site 1, 2, 3 and 7 were Chironomidae; site 6 and 8 were Tubificidae; site 4 was Melanoides tuberculatus tubercul; site 5, 10, and 13 were Bufo melanostictus; site 9 was Neocaridina denticulata. According to the relative percentage of aquatic animal, Chironomidae, Tubificidae, Bufo melanostictus was the most. Use Kruskal-Wallis H test to analyze the difference of environmental factors between each site shows: the dissolved oxygen and the water temperature exhibited statistically significant differences among different seasons; the pH value, conductivity, water depth, substrate and aquatic plants coverage exhibited statistically significant differences among different sites. Analyzing with the Multiple regression analysis and the Principle component analysis shows: When the water temperature and the elevation are higher, the Taxa richness index and the Margalef richness index are bigger. When the water depth and the area are higher, the Shannon-Weaver diversity index is bigger. When the water depth is lower, the Simpson dominance index is bigger. The result of this study shows: the campus pools have the function with teaching, landscaping, it also offers some aquatic animal for dwelling and has the meanings in ecology.
