Constructing An Official Website for the Logistic Companies / 宅配業官方網站建置流程之研究

碩士 / 世新大學 / 傳播管理學研究所(含碩專班) / 96 / Nowadays, the Official Website is one of the most important accesses to communicate with customers. The official website not only provides consumers with 24-hours services but also plays a key role in marketing and sales. In general, companies make the Official Website as an information diffusion channel, but the ability of Internet marketing which could increase organizations’ competitiveness hasn’t been fully developed. Under the continuous growing rate of E-Commerce, the competition environment becomes more and more severely then before. As a result, the operation emphasis of logistic industry is different from other industries, to construct an efficient and effective E-Commerce communication environment is an essential issue for them.
In the process of constructing websites such as communication coordination, website design, the formula development, it needs the participators put many efforts in it. However, under the reason of uncertainty factors which often causes the project team member delay the except schedule and even exceed the budget. Thus, to find the elements which could influence the operation of organization then reduce the risk of uncertainty appears another important issue.
The purpose of this research is to put emphasize on investigating conflicts, limitations, and solutions when constructing websites by appling of the theory of constraints (TOC). It concerns about the issues of “what to change”, “what to change to”, and “how to cause the change” through the process of constructing business websites. Moreover, the research used a Taiwan’s logistic company as an example to demonstrate the procedure. As the result, this research concluded that during the process of constructing the website, the member of logistic company should build an identical and powerful vision. Besides, in order to make an optimum utility of on-line business operation, the conductors also need to build a cross-division system to make an efficient coordination. In addition, to control the flexibility of human resource management well and set up associate systems are also essential matters to maximize the operation utility of an organization.
