碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 環境與安全工程系碩士班 / 96 / Potential benefits of nanomaterials in biomedical and industrial applications for human health and environment are now accepted in the literature. However, we can’t forecast the buffet between the environment and the organism by nanoparticles. It is not only easy the operating process to monitor is difficult, but also the organism sorption through skin is easy.
This paper presents the toxicity of influence of GNPs to the zebrafish the gold nanoparticles (GNPs) by the sodium citrate-tannin reduction method. After the acute experiment of 96 hours, we change clear water to find out the process of the fish metabolism contaminant. After the clear water test 2 days, we finded excreta of the zebrafish transforms gradually from the deep purple to the normal color. It showed that GNPs though the mouth or the gill enters in vivo, however, the metabolic functions of the zebrafish can’t remove GNPs accumulation in vivo completely.
Results indicated that GNPs accumulates in vivo is significant and it created the liver organization have apoptosis phenomenon after exposition time longer. The small particle is easier than big particle to enter in vivo to accumulate and similar result is reported by Lei Yuchen (2005) where "the size" is key of has the toxic .
