2. The usage of English-learning strategies of junior high school students in both Taiwan and China is with the best development in “affection strategies,” but with the worst development in “memorizing strategies.”
3. The usage of English-learning strategies of junior high school students in Fzedu City, FuJian Province, China is better than that in Yun Lin County, Taiwan, and the situation of the female students is better than that of the male students.
4. As for the “various self-motivation degrees,” the usages of English-learning strategies of junior high school students in Fzedu City, Fu Jian Province, China are better than those of junior high school students in Yun Lin County, Taiwan. Furthermore, the higher the self-motivation degree is, the better the usage of English-learning strategies is.
