污泥-海砂混合物之性質探討

碩士 / 中華大學 / 土木與工程資訊學系(所) / 97 / As the sewerage system in Taiwan becomes more popular, the total quantity of slurry produced should be in faster increase too, hence, the issue of how to deal with the sludge should be thought more aggressively. In this study, the main objective is to consider the reuse of sludge into engineering fertile soil, that is, the characteristics of four mixtures of sludge -sand will be investigated, for example, M10S0 specimen of sludge 100% and sand 0%M10S0, M7S3 specimen of sludge 70% and sand 30%, M5S5 specimen of sludge 50% and sand 50% and M3S7 specimen of sludge 30% and sand 70%.
It was found from the research that (1)The specific gravity of fresh sludge is 1.30, which shows gel shape; (2)The pH values of four specimen are in the range 5.93~7.69, which are suitable for the growth of grass-series plant as commonly used in the engineering cases; (3)Under optimum compaction condition, M10S0 specimen is not water permeable, and the permeability coefficients of the other three specimens are in the range of ~ ;(4)Under optimum compaction condition, the unconfined compression strength and shear strength of M10S0 specimen are all larger than those of others. It was then thought that the mixing of sea sand with sludge does not enhance the latter strength. It is suggested that in the future researches, lime should be used as stability agent to improve its property.
