碩士 / 中華大學 / 運輸科技與物流管理學系碩士班 / 97 / Since 1993, Taiwan had entered the aged society, the elderly demand for transportation must pay attention to and provide a safe and convenient transportation environment for who to go out can independent activities. The status of senior citizens has many problems on look up transport information. For example, the bus stop information can’t find easily , unclear, or the elderly can’t look up the transportation brochure.
The study was mainly design for Shi-Gang , the contents about bus stop information and transportation brochure. By thorough investigation in order to understand the problems of the elderly use , and through interviews with expert and scholars to improve the information content. By learning activities and transit information of bus stop and transportation brochure to understand situation of the elderly use. In conclusion , this study provide the recommendation for the elderly taking the transportation.
Through learning activities in this study found that in bus stop information, the elderly prefer aggregate road map and frequency of travel schedule to show on .In the transportation brochure found that the activities of the transportation-oriented brochure can correctly and effectively help the elderly, to improve the status of now. The results showed, the original error of query for senior citizens, after learning through education, able to answer correctly the transport information, education and training shows that can help the elderly with transport information.
