The flagship store design plan refer to the collection data, relevant industry history and current situation, relevant flagship store case studies, marketing channels, related theories of flagship store and understanding the set up purpose. Conduct a design proposal to enterprise, and then completed the substantive design to enterprise.
The design scope of the study is mainly State Lin Trading Co., Ltd., located on the first floor of Tai Yi Building, Taipei, Taiwan which has 60 level ground indoor space. To utilize this flagship store design to achieve the following purposes: First, create a variety atmospheres of experiential marketing. Second, be the flagship store best model of creation images and multimedia system integration. Third, provide an interactive learning and technical exchange platform for consumers.
By the relevant cases analysis to understand the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages, acquires the design reference, embark on the concept of experiential marketing and brand spirit, plan out high quality space design of conformed brand flagship stores spirits and consumer experiential marketing, then draws the following reference conclusions for a follow-up brand flagship store: 1. To take advantage of the demonstration design concept and method to create high quality consumer space. 2. To expand consumer groups and product diversity by image and multimedia integration marketing strategy. 3. To shape excellent brand and consumers interaction relations by interactive learning platform.
