The Study of the Relationship of Taiwanese Expatriates’ Job Conditions and Job Performance / 台商海外派遣人員之外派者條件及其工作績效關係之研究

碩士 / 大葉大學 / 管理學院碩士在職專班 / 97 / With a global competition in world economy and worldwide financial crisis start-ing in 2008, it is worthwhile to study the relationship between expatriates’ work condi-tions, cross culture adjustment, and their work performance. This study may help to Taiwan vendors to face consolidated economical attack and to ensure the effectiveness of Taiwanese investments in China.
Main agenda for this study is to evaluate the relationship between expatriates’ work condition, cross-culture adjustment, and work performance. Three hypothesis will be developed from this study. In the first hypothesis, we discuss the relationship between the Expatriates’ work conditions will have positive influence to cross-culture adjustment; In the second hypothesis, we discuss the relationship between the Cross-culture adjustment will have positive influence to work performance; In the third hypothesis, we discuss the relationship between the Expatriates’ work conditions will have positive influence to work performance.
Concluding from actual experiment and analysis:
1. Expatriates’ work conditions do have positive influence to their work performance;
2. Cross-cultural adjustment do have positive influence to work performance;
3. Expatriates’ work conditions do have positive influence to work performance.
