The Research of the Relation among Work Values and Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment between Taiwan and China: A Case of GSK Group / 海峽兩岸工作者之工作價值觀與工作滿足、組織承諾之關聯研究-以GSK為例

碩士 / 大葉大學 / 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 / 97 / Talents have been the base that enterprises have succeeded all the time, the emergence and fall, could reach the ideal realm managed continuously forever continuously of all enterprises, must depend on whether enterprises have outstanding talents, so cultivate people of ability and staying just becomes important keys that enterprises win victory in the end. In the face of the fast changing market competition, must find out about present situation at any time, fully grasp the difference of work values and work attitude between Taiwan and China. AT any time we would have the best team of job to come to face every tight severe challenge of the market.
In this research, we investigate by questionnaire for enterprises, which are invested by the famous automobile parts manufacturers in Taiwan, and analyze by SPSS statistical software. The research concludes as follows:
1. The difference situation of working values, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment between Taiwan and China:
There is a difference for “the self-ideal values” and “the values of personal achievement” between Taiwanese and Chinese. Taiwanese are lower than Chinese in the attention degree of ”the self-ideal values”; But higher than Chinese in the attention degree of “the values of personal achievement”. There is difference for all constructs of Job Satisfaction, and no matter the satisfaction degree of Chinese is higher than Taiwanese. By the way, there is a difference for “the emotion commitment” and “the constant commitment”. Taiwanese approval degree in “the emotion commitment” is lower than Chinese. But Taiwanese approval degree in “the constant commitment” is higher than Chinese.
2. The relation among work values and job satisfaction, organizational commitment:
In the main, work value of employees will affect their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Taiwan is higher than Chinese on its effect. No matter Taiwan or China, the “self-ideal values” have higher relation than any constructs with job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
3. The relation among personal attribute, work values and job satisfaction, organi- zational commitment:
In Taiwan, the sex, age, marriage, education, seniority, and job position of personal attribute will affect work value and job satisfaction, organizational commitment. In China, only the marriage, seniority, job position will affect work value and job satisfaction, organizational commitment. Influence degree is low.
