A Study on the Influence Factors for the In-house Professional''s Retention of the Marine Insurance / 運輸保險內勤專業人員定著率相關因素之研究

碩士 / 逢甲大學 / 風險管理與保險研究所 / 97 / The target of this research was to probe into the influence factors for the in-house professional''s survivability of the marine insurance. This research selected office duty professional from head office of the property insurance company, in order to discuss the impact of the personality traits, leadership style, professional commitment, sob satisfaction, burnout on stay intention. The samples were analyzed with the methods as follows: Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Factor Analysis, One-Way ANOVA, and Regression Analysis.
By analyzing 208 valid samples, some of the key findings of the study included:
1. There aren’t obvious divergences among the marine insurance professional''s individual personalities, except the position deviation.
2. There are obvious divergences between the leadership styles and stay intention.
3. There are obvious divergences between professional commitment and stay intention.
4. There are obvious divergences between sob satisfaction and stay intention.
5. There are obvious divergences between burnout and stay intention.
6. The leadership style, professional commitment, sob satisfaction and burnout have an obvious influence on stay intention.
In the end, according to the verified research comments, it may offer some recommendations to the managers of property insurance.
