碩士 / 輔仁大學 / 國際創業與經營管理學程碩士在職專班 / 97 / Due to the impact of drastic trend of globalized management and industrial competition, for seeking more advantageous resources and reaching the markets and customers more closely, companies begin to extend their business overseas more actively toward globalized operation. Moreover, some developing countries and regions such as China and Southeast Asia are appealing with efforts for foreign direct investment projects; companies can utilize the advantageous environment therein to sustain their international competition.
However, lack of understandings of difference of unique resources and competitive advantages between different countries and regions, facing the variance of inability of technology and management, discrepancies on perceptions of values and recognition.
During the project period, facing the difficulty in resources acquisition than that in domestics which resulted in allocation problems, and that the original experience principles or management styles inadaptable to different countries and regions, problems of budgets increase, resources allocation and schedule procrastination are caused.
Therefore, companies are facing challenges of effective integration of international recourses in order to reduce the conflicts as well as of application of cooperation internationally among companies. The companies need to concern about the difference of language; culture and background in different countries on their management level and consider entire project base and the variance of difference of each region.
To impetus and improve the management for foreign direct investment projects and comply with international standards and regulations, establishing an action scheme plan for project engineer reference to improve their project executing capability.
Base on the consideration of selecting subcontractors for foreign direct investments, this study applies the quality function deployment to proceed two stages deployment including the ability of the operation and action scheme planning.
To set up the strategic model as required undertaking foreign direct investment projects and locating the priority and setting up the action scheme plan to improve the project execution capability.
Based on this research, the strategy for improve subcontractor’s project execution capability are the implement and control project execution effectively, planning project execution plan completely, well-arrangement for on site installation, best service during project warranty period and solve customer feedback rapidly by the technical department.
