computer brand manufacturers should enhance their
logistics support and service system with high added-valuemethod. It will let enterprises obtain more added-value
information on their industry service chain. It can also make more profits in the trend of micro profit or find out the new business chances and Blue Ocean strategy. Therefore, this paper to the enterprise information service reversion physical distribution competition strategy pattern of main computer brand manufacturers ,like ACER, ASUS, LENOVO and HP companies, in Asia area (China and Taiwan) and KSF (Key Success Factors) of their strategy had been very carefully researched and forecasted by Analogy to analyze enterprise logistic operation pattern and service competition pattern. It also discusses how to enhance added-value of services and reach win-win situation between enterprise and customers with its major activity and competition strategy.
There are some main KSF (Key Success Factors) in thisresearch. 1. How to manage and organize depot centrals. 2. How to set up better service effectiveness definition. 3. How to improve service efficiency from customer demands. Moreover, LCD of notebook with zero bright-dot guarantees can also be a KSF. Those KSF make enterprises obtain more customers and create new opportunities on Blue Ocean Strategy. They are important factors for attracting consumers to select the brand computers except hardware capabilities and functions issues.
