碩士 / 義守大學 / 工業工程與管理學系碩士班 / 97 / The Air Force has been devoted to safety management and accident prevention, yet some accidents still incurred even through normal repair or maintenance.So, ISO 9001 is a set of controls and procedures, set up with the administrative system of standardized homework.Besides offering the enterprise''s internationalized image, standardized, rationalized demand, has strengthened the function of management and changed the physique inside enterprises.Another,the 21st century is the era of the knowledge economy, knowledge has already become and organized the most important assets of management, it is a main development foundation following labour and capital of enterprises, competing for the leading edge. Therefore, this is an important topic concerning how to apply knowledge.
As a result, this research is based on the maintenance of ISO 9001 key factor behavior has the effect relationship upon both knowledge study and knowledge spread.
ISO 9001 key factor will be the intervening variable between knowledge study and knowledge spread, it comprehends the interrelationship by verifying ISO 9001 key factor to knowledge study and knowledge spread, also resulting in the forecast explanation. Through sample data analyses, it extracts the potential factors such as, ISO 9001 key factor, knowledge study, and knowledge spread by running factor analysis, in order to detect interrelationship among dimensions, this research will be utilized with ANOVA and regression analysis to gradually probe the interactions.
Judged from analyzed results, ISO 9001 key factor, knowledge study, and knowledge spread each dimension factors are obviously linked mutually.
