The effects of organizational climate and job characteristics on job satisfaction- The comparison of employees between Taiwan and China. / 組織氣候與工作特性對工作滿足影響之研究-臺海兩岸員工之比較

碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 / 97 / As China adopts an open economic policy, meanwhile, the investment surrounding is getting worse in Taiwan, the price of raw materials is getting higher and higher, more and more Taiwanese enterprises begin to invest in China. Therefore, it is very important for enterprises to understand the different organizational behavior of their staff and their human resource management in Taiwan and in China.
The subject of this study is to investigate the organizational climate, job characteristics, and job satisfaction of the staff in one of the factories among the corporations between Taiwan and Mainland China. It will be developed following-on by the theoretical and practical implications of this study.
The survey is done by filling up Questionnaire Form, and the documents are analyzed by SPSS software and passing through regression model for analysis and recheck of data, the results of the survey are:
(1)Some parts of the organizational climate have positive effects on the aspects of job satisfaction, such as intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction.
(2)Some aspects of job characteristics such as task skill variety, task identity, task significance, task autonomy and task feedback from the job itself has a definite positive effect on job satisfaction.
(3)Different personal background, such as ”gender”, ”marriage” have obvious discrepancy in the job satisfaction.
