碩士 / 明道大學 / 設計學院碩士班 / 97 / In recent years, due to the rise of domestic leisure business opportunities, many major companies are investing into this industry. The success of failure of a recreational facility has a lot to do with the its quality and level of services provided, which also impact on visitor satisfaction, willingness to return and whether it maintain a sustainable operation with its resources. What the leisure industry needs now is planning and management-related work and tour marketing.
The purpose of this research tries to gain an understanding of the relationship between planning design and operation of a recreation facility in Bai Bu Fan, Zhuo Lan, which covers an area of 51 hectares. The main focus is placed on environmental planning , maintenance and management, corporate operations, interaction between visitors and operator, marketing of merchandise, recreational activity and maintaining a sustainable operation. Casse studies of other successful recreational facilities will serve as reference guide on how to improve and increase its value and assets with limited funding.
