碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 民航研究所 / 97 / The goal of this research is to study the influence of interpersonal relations in the cockpit. Guanxi gradient is a cultural variable to describe the different attitude used to treat different people. Based on the four-level differentiated order to explore guanxi gradient on the flight safety with focus on the CRM, this study designs a questionnaire of interpersonal relationship and cockpit resource management survey. The results reveal that the influence of guanxi gradient on CRM does exist. The gradient slope represents the attitude decrease by different degrees of intimacy. By factor analysis of local pilots, the corresponding attitude could be classified into three key factors, i.e., harmony, ethic, and profession. In-depth interview with the local pilots confirm the outcome as well. Consequently, it is recognized as the value system in the cockpit to guide behavior of local pilots with any concern about interpersonal relations. The balance between them is extremely important to maintain and enhance flight safety.
