The Study for Point-to-Point Communication and Control of Underwater Acoustic Waves / 水下聲波之點對點通訊控制之研究

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 系統及船舶機電工程學系碩博士班 / 97 / We used the land radio communication theories in this thesis and applied to acoustic waves for underwater channel propagating. Because the underwater channel is a complex environment with severe interference, thus the implementation of underwater communication is more difficult than that of radio communication. So the main purpose of this thesis is constructing reliable underwater communication system.
The software interface is written by use of Labview. We choice BPSK modulation in this thesis. About the underwater channel,we also employed Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocqenqhem Codes to reduce Bit Error Rate. Except the channel coding technique, We also used pulse shaping filter to reduce interference of ISI.
For achieving underwater point-to-point control, we also applied TA7279P DC motor control IC to make motor control circuit and combined it with receiver DAQ and complete the underwater acoustic point-to-point control system.
By experiment, Data bits are conducted and motion of motor controlled successfully in the underwater environment about 3m distances of transmission. (with reflection waves).
