Finite Element Simulation of Structural Tests on PC Piles for Landing Stage Structures / 碼頭棧橋預力混凝土基樁結構試驗之有限元素分析

碩士 / 國立暨南國際大學 / 地震與防災工程研究所 / 97 / This thesis presents the finite element analysis on a series of reduce-scaled prestressed concrete (PC) pile specimens simulating corroded and FRP-repaired PC piles supporting the landing stage structures in a harbor. The OpenSees developed at the University of California at Berkeley is used. OpenSees is an object-oriented software framework for simulation applications in earthquake engineering.
Two well-know uniaxial constitutive relationships of concrete have been built in OpenSees, namely, Concrete01 for the modified Kent and Park model (Park et al ., 1982) and Concrete04 for the Mander model (Mander et al., 1988). The Steel02 module of OpenSees is employed in this study. Steel02 encapsulates the uniaxial stress-strain model proposed and modified by Menegotto and Pinto (1973) and Filippou et al. (1983) respectively.
By using OpenSees software, cyclic static analyses of the forced-based finite fiber element (FFE) models are conducted to analytically simulate the cyclic tests of the pile specimens. The analytical results are compared with the experimental curves to validate the analytical models. It is shown that the analytical results agree with the experimental data reasonably well.
