碩士 / 國立交通大學 / 交通運輸研究所 / 97 / The government of Republic of China announces the policy called “i-Taiwan 12 projects”. In that policy, the “Industrial innovation corridors” will focus on 15 kinds of different industry to study the innovation energy and the development of the industry in order to make appropriate strategies to promote the “industry cluster”. The intelligent transportation system (ITS) industries are included. However, because of the restricted government resource, it’s very important to allocate the limited resources among the “key factors” of industrial cluster for ITS industry. Therefore, we try to construct a conceptual framework for evaluate the “key factors” of industrial cluster for ITS industry.
In this study, we construct the basic hierarchical structure of key factors by reviewing the literature and participating the FGI meeting held by “The World Economic Society”. The hierarchical structure of the key factors of industrial cluster for ITS industry will be constructed based on five aspects: The government, human resources, technical resources, related and supporting industries, and infrastructures.
Then, we use the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchical Process (FAHP) to decide the weight of key factors.
The outcome of the research with help us to have an insight into the ITS industrial cluster in Taiwan. Moreover, the result of the study provides objective and systematized information for the administration offices and the ITS-related enterprise.
