碩士 / 國立嘉義大學 / 土木與水資源工程學系研究所 / 97 / Taiwan's East close to Pacific, often adjacent to heavy have serious coastal disasters, thus making the shoreline change that very important, this article to the coast of Hualien as a research area, this article use the 1904 to 2009 of maps, aerial photos and satellite images to study the shoreline changes, and combined with GIS analysis the change of Hualien coastline, the results show, Shincheng Township from the Japanese occupation is erosion, particularly in the Shin-cheng to Shun-an section changes very serious, during the 2000-2009, the erosion rate is -4.4 m/yr, Hualien city due to the South of Zih-You Street drainage inlets to Hua-Zan of Ji-an Township section, put the 16-block offshore Jetty to protect workers effective, from the data is displayed, the erosion in the past has improved a lot, Zih-You Street drainage inlets to Nan-Bin, the average change rate from the most -4.3 m/yr down to-1.1 m/yr, and Nan-Bin to Hua-Zan section from -10.5 m/yr down to -0.2 m/yr. This article last use of Strivastava and others referred to prediction model of coastline. This article choose Mei-Lung Stream to Hualien Stream as forecast range, predict coastline 2020 by this model, the results display, South of Mei-Lung Stream approximately 100 meters the average change rate is -1.1 m/yr, Ji-an Stream to Hua-Zan seawall, an annual average growth 4.36 meters.
