Accumulation and Elimination of Tribulyltin Chloride of Taiwan Abalone, Haliotis diversicolor supertexta / 九孔對三丁基錫的累積與排除

碩士 / 國立東華大學 / 海洋生物多樣性及演化研究所 / 97 / This study was undertaken to evaluate the acute toxicity of tributyltin on Taiwan Abalone Haliotis diversicolor supertexta as well as accumulation and elimination of TBT on Haliotis diversicolor supertexta were compared with results from 24h-static renewal assays. When treated with actual concentrations of 0, 4.78±0.13, 10.96±0.37, 19.76±0.29 and 35.79±1.06 μg TBT/L, the 48-, 72-, 96- and 120-h LC50 of Abalone Haliotis diversicolor supertexta were 35.4, 20.8, 16.3 and 13.8 μg TBT/L, respectively. Additionally, after 24h acute toxicity test, discovery that sensory organs (i.e. cephalic, optic, epipodial, mantle tentacles) on the periphery of abalone body that were eroded by TBT in high concentration (35.79±1.06μg TBT/L) treatment. In the accumulation experiments, Haliotis diversicolor supertexta were exposed to 2.66±1.3 μg TBT/L for 7 days. The resulting values of accumulation rate constants at muscle of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta in nondietary and dietary processes were 158.50 ng (Sn) /g dry-wt and 128.57 ng (Sn) /g dry-wt , respectively. BAF values was 417.1 and 338.4, respectively.
