The results are as follows: there are four items ranked as high importance and high satisfaction including tour guidance and exposition, experience of set-net fishery, taste of Yuan-Bei three treasures and taste of fresh and flavorous dish, which should be kept going. Two factors are less important but more satisfactory including experience of ecology in tidal flat and appreciation of local geology, which is due to oversupply. Moreover, four items including the comfort and safety of floated platform, experience of feeding cobia, experience of sea fishing and delight and abundance of the activity are ranked as high importance but low satisfaction, which should be improved. Another six factors including congestion of floated platform, hygiene and restroom facility of the floated platform, experience of squid fishing, ecological education of the trip, appropriate intervals at each stop and sufficient information of the trip are ranked as the least important and satisfactory, which should be in less priority.
