A total of 200 questionnaires was collected and has retrieved 181 valid questionnaires which reached a 90.5% valid rate. The relationships among importance and satisfaction and agreement of increase facilities and service in the future were examined by using descriptive statistics、Importance-performance analysis and t-test. The results are as follows:
1.The first three items of importance are [facilities of the wharf and aquatics safety]、[facilities of the land safety]、[the quantities of public toilet].
2.The visitors are less satisfied with the facilities and service by the Lover wharf as the following three items: [the quantities of the facilities that the visitors used personally]、[the various choice of food]、[reasonable price of the food].
3.The first three items that the visitors expect to increase facilities and service in the future :[aquatics area]、[to hold a festival]、[to provide shuttle bus service between Da-hu station and Lover wharf].
4.It was found that the items of demographic profile were partly significant difference from Importance and Performance.
5.It was found that the items of traveling characteristic were partly significant difference from Importance and Performance.
6.There has a significant differences between importance and performance. All the level of satisfaction is lower than the level of importance.
7.Based on importance-performance analysis (IPA) and other results,it is addressed several suggestions to administrant for reference.
