碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 輪機工程研究所 / 97 / Nowadays, traditional diesel engines and generators are mainly adopted in ship propulsion and electric power generation systems. Due to environmental consideration and traditional fossil deficiency, many countries around the world have developed a new generation of energy techniques; the propulsion and power generation systems with low NOx emission, energy-conservation, and low noise and vibration have already become main development task for future vehicles. This thesis aims to build a set of life cycle cost (LCC) analysis model for ship propulsion and power supply systems. Three possible ship propulsion and generation options including diesel engine/generator, electric propulsion/diesel engine, and electric propulsion/fuel cell power generator are proposed and their LCCs for different sizes of yachts are studied and compared. The proposed model can be used in other types of ships and provides a reference for future new ship building cost and quoting.
