碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 機械與自動化工程所 / 97 / This research is to investigate an appropriate maintenance policy for the circulating water pump system, auxiliary facilities of thermal power plant, conforming to the demand of multiple criteria. In considers the facilities must ponder on the premise under the multiple criteria, we find the proper preventive maintenance cycle by applying preference ranking organization method for conforming to the demand of various targets for a decision maker to refer to preventive maintenance.
This research is to use reliability, availability, minimum maintenance cost and least downtime as multiple criteria of preventive maintenance cycle and find the preventive maintenance policy of single criterion in sequence. We thoroughly consider under multiple criteria condition to find optimum preventive maintenance cycle that both meet the demand and destination simultaneously. The appearance this article''s object of study obtains the reasonable result truly in comparison with the condition of facility breakdown or changing some parts in overhaul.
