This research takes each university and college, the military instructor of the senior high and vocational schools retirement as a research object and carries on "retire military instructor career conversion and life type, life satisfaction relation of research".This research purpose is:A, understand to retire military instructor career to convert, life type and life satisfaction of current conditions and difference situation.Two, the study retire military instructor career conversion and life type, life related satisfaction.Three, the cent break retirement the conversion of the military instructor career to living type and life satisfaction of estimate situation.Four, comprehensive research result, providing concretely can go of suggestion to retire the teacher and parties concerned will study and retire military instructor in the future by being related of reference.
This research adopts a questionnaire survey.To the 605 university and colleges in the whole country, senior high and vocational schools retire military instructor implement questionnaire, recall a valid questionnaire 468, through describe covariance and independent sample t examination and single factor variation number analysis, Pierre Sen accumulate bad related, gradually diverse regression etc. statistics the method after taking into the analysis get the following conclusion:
