碩士 / 國立澎湖科技大學 / 服務業經營管理研究所 / 97 / Maritime transportation is the main way of transportation in international trade around the world, and so is it in Taiwan. As to international goods delivery in Taiwan, maritime transportation accounts for 98%, and air transportation accounts for 2% only. So, maritime transportation is the focus of research in this field. It is worth noting that most studies in this field concentrated on the service quality of traditional maritime transportation. Researches on E-commerce service quality in maritime transportation occupied a small proportion. Most important, there is no research on systematically comparative study of service requirement between Traditional commercial maritime shippers and Electronic commercial maritime shippers at present. Accordingly, questionnaire survey method is used in assessing the service requirement diversity between traditional shippers and E-commerce shippers. The data analysis shows that traditional commercial maritime shipper respect cargo tracing and when it is to compare E-commerce, E-commerce maritime shipper hope carrier strengthening cargo tracing and door to door, let maritime transportation service is better.
