碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 水產養殖學系 / 97 / This study was to investigate the effects of various dietary distiller’s dried grains with soluble (DDGS) levels on the growth performance for white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). Five isonitrogenic and isoenergetic dietary DDGS levels ranging from 0、10、20、30 to 40% diets were formulated and fed to the white shrimp each with three replicates. Shrimp feces were collected through the whole duration of the experiment for later analysis of the apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC).
Significant weight gain differenres were observed on those shrimp fed DDGS levels at 0, 10, 20% than those fed at 30 and 40% after 60 days of feeding experiment. There were no differences in the percentage of moisture and protein on the shrimp flesh among the all treatments. From the digestibility analysis of white shrimp, it was found that, the apparent dry matter digestibility (ADMD) (35.54~70.01%), apparent protein digestibility (APD) (82.57~99.25%), apparent lipid digestibility (ALD) (48.84~75.00%), and meal completion time (20.96~52.87mins) were all decreased with increasingly dietary DDGS level. The optimum DDGS level supplemented to white shrimp diet was concluded 20%, and can save 20% diet cost.
