碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 商船學系所 / 97 / To research the integration of the knowledge management system model, this research was used the view of technology information，and aimed to the bulk carrier shipping industry to built the knowledge management system. The bulk carrier shipping is a fully competition market, the high risk and uncertain situation caused by many effective facts. It is the research intention to apply the knowledge management system to advantage the knowledge assets.
This research adopt the case study, try to devote the shipping company visitation、documents investigate、operation procedure examination etc.,to get the course of the knowledge creation、knowledge management and knowledge strategy, integrate all of those information. The analysis was base on the working flow of this company and used the technology skill to built integrate knowledge management system model. To link the model and bulk carry shipping information built a web-base integrates knowledge management system, and built a window of the bulk carrier knowledge exercise and management. This research is proceeding the creation、collection、share and application to achieve the market competition、cost-down、profit creation and a prosperous business in the long-term.
