A Study on Pre-Job Training Policy of Coast Guard Administration in Taiwan / 海岸巡防署海岸巡防總局職前訓練之研究

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 商船學系所 / 97 / This study focuses on the pre-job training of Coast Guard Administration (CGA), to analyze the theoretical issues of the training and human resource development, and then comparing the training system of the Coast Guard Administration in developed countries. The current vocational training of Coast Guard Administration in order to achieve the ideal of standardization, professionalization, practical, certification and qualification is also analyzed. Finally providing a recommendation with regard to the current vocational training education will be given and vocational training strategy capable of solving the current practice will also be developed.


This study shows that the main problem of Coast Guard Administration is the policy of shortening the obligation military services. It must make direct influence on the linking and applying of the basic labor of Coast Guard Administration. The outdated teaching plan, insufficient teaching facilities also influence the effect. Moreover, the badness of teacher, improper lesson plan, lacking of training evaluating, are all needed to improve. Therefore, in the future, the Coast Guard Administration should put their point on improving training quality to achieve the plan, examining lesson plan regularly and updating properly, enforcing teaching facilities, selecting qualified teacher to promote teaching effect, putting importance on lesson scheme, and practicing training evaluation to perfect the pre-job training.
