碩士 / 國立臺東大學 / 生命科學系碩士班 / 97 / This research used a fast and simple extraction method to purify the phycocyanin from Lyngbya sp., and tested the phycocyanin oxidation resistance ability. Lyngbya sp. cells were ground in distilled water and centrifuged, then the supernatant run through the column chromatography tube. The separated liquid had the concentration of 3.021 mg/ml.
