碩士 / 國立臺灣科技大學 / 建築系 / 97 / The disorder of current education systems results in the competent demands for re-learning effort made by new social blood of architecture graduates. However, the service markets of architecture become more violent due to increasing numbers of architect certificates released by the Examination Ministry. This situation just forces numerous architect offices to face fierce competition. Therefore, it is unavailable to allow new talents with attracting environment. In addition, most new comers of architect offices show their humble learning attitude toward their jobs and view architect offices as stepping stones, resultantly causing high quitting rates. There have been some things unavailable to pass onto the next generation, not to mention efficiency improved with learning curves shortened. Most time is wasted on environment adaptation and it is troubled with inferior implementation efficiency. This situation just makes architect offices reluctant to spend resources on employees. By reviewing past scientific lectures, the professional competence of most architect offices is exactly their advantage in competition. Although architect offices are unwilling to train employees, it also shows a conflict phenomenon highly welcome the participation of excellent professional talents. Such a vicious circle results in lose-lose outcomes between architect offices and employees.
In view of business management for architecture offices, this research aims to explore the ways how to reduce risks in architecture practices, enhancing the professional levels and work willing of architecture technicians, with a win-win outcome and mutual beneficial markets reached.
