碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 管理碩士在職專班 / 97 / This study focuses on analyze two of the most important investment tools, hedge funds and the China funds, for wealth management of outside private bank. We use SWOT method to analyze private banks, hedge funds and China funds individually in order to know their advantages, shortcoming, opportunity and threaten. According to the results we find that if Taiwan wants to develop the business of wealth management in private banks, it has to make relative financial laws and systems about finance completely. In addition to protect the rights for investors, it must strengthen internationalization, financial instruments and service for market and private banks. We hope the results and findings can help practical application for bank in the future.
