碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 企業管理研究所 / 97 / The literatures on foreign direct investment, entry mode, perceived environment uncertainty and performance have many empirical studies, but the lack of consistent results. In this paper, utilizing a multilevel measure of perceived environment uncertainty, we put foreign direct investment, entry mode and performance in individual level; put environment uncertainty in organizational level.
We propose an approach that these relationships test via Hierarchical Linear Model(HLM) analysis carried out with a sample of 55 cities and 1869 datas from Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturer’s Association in 2007 .
The outcomes of the application are appropriate for environment will lead to the better performance and influence the relationships between foreign direct investment, entry mode, perceived environment uncertainty and performance.
