碩士 / 南台科技大學 / 技職教育與人力資源發展研究所 / 97 / In the 21st century, because of the rapid development of the non-profit organization, it gradually becomes an important support and has much influence on the society. Also, because of the internalization of the non-profit organization, the youth who serve in the non-profit organization can participate in oversea services. They can not only obtain the precious experience but learn to have good perspectives on international issues. This study investigated the influence of oversea services on the youth through qualitative methods. The researcher hoped that the results of the study will benefit the further understanding of both service learning and transformational learning.
