Estimate of non-point Source pollution of the Diyu Creek / 魚逮魚堀溪非點源污染量之推估

碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 土木與防災研究所 / 97 / The Feitsui Reservoir provides the Taipei Water Supply Region with a long-term source of water for domestic and industrial uses. In recent years, the reservoir eutrophication as a result of the worsening trend, Diyu Creek is the most important tributary in The Feitsui Reservoir, upstream from the sparsely populated, non-point source pollution is the main cause of deterioration. To guarantee the water quantity and protect the water quality are always the major tasks and challenges for researchers and administrators. The study establish the Diyu Creek watershed databases by BASINS (Better Assessment Science Integrating point and Non-point Sources) . First, we proceed hydrology and water quality simulation by the HSPF (Hydrological Simulation Program-Fortran) which can be simulated continuously. Second, we calibrate and verify the hydrology and water quality parameter in Diyu Creek, according to hydrology and water quality data observed by the Taipei Feitsui Reservoir Administration. Then we simulate the non-point source pollutant loads caused in Diyu Creek to be the data source for water quality management.
Apply the HSPF model to simulate water quality:Suspended Solids (SS)、Total Phosphorous (TP)、Ammonia Nitrogen (NH3-N);First the discharge was calibrated with the storm data in 2006, and verified with the data in 2006、2005, for confirming that the model can be used in this study. Suspending solids and water quality was simulated with the sample data of storm, then the total pollutant loading of the drainage area could be estimated for watershed management.
