In this study, through the Organizational life-cycle perspective to observe and explore the case, Japan''s Sanyo Semiconductor''s overseas subsidiaries - Taichung Sanyo electronics companies, trying to sort out a reference of organizational life-cycle. Through the life-cycle of organizations continue to explore the overall observation in the rapidly changing technological innovations market environment, how the objectives and the strategies between the Corporation and the subsidiary are the same or different, and try to understand in such this background, what kind of impact to the agency problem which Taichung Sanyo Electronics faced.
