碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 企業管理系碩士班 / 97 / This research will first describe the whole value-chain of the movie making, and then analyze the situation of Taiwanese movie market declining. Then describe the whole making process of this thesis’ main role - the Taiwanese movie 《Cape No.7》, and though the environment of the movie making, analyze the main reason of why it becoming a blockbuster, and then analyze the application of Blue Ocean strategy in this movie. Hope through this research, there will be some valuable reference to the future Taiwanese movie market.
