It does make the economic environment getting harder than ever since the economic influence of the world’s rising power grows by the day, the significant policies and the changes of low from Main Land China. You can find this situation apparently in the traditional industry. The pressure and the up-coming challenges are going to strike those companies.
From the past researches showed that the R&D establishments do help the development results. But there are still more than 30.65% parent companies never done that even in the competitive conditions. Those low R&D density business have to strengthen the internal management in order to achieve the profit growing.
To understand the every management concepts from every single step a company takes. And how did those tactics affect the result. This research is based on the Taiwanese businessmen in China who have been running low R&D density business. Through that we could understand a company’s life cycle, strategies, managements and achievements. This research is divided into two sections. The first part: To discuss what is the most important strategy for Taiwanese businessmen in every period of the low R&D density business in China. The second part: To measure what issue is Taiwanese businessmen in China really concern, and the connections among strategies, managements and achievements.
Results of the data analysis show that:
1. In every period of a low R&D density business’s life cycle, I didn’t find any difference between the strategies and the managements.
2. It would give a lot help if a low R&D density business take the strategies and managements seriously.
