For this reason, the medical profession starts to explore in ancestors’ wisdom for breaking through the bottleneck of the contemporary medicine. Then, Naturopathy (Complementary and Alternative Medicines, CAM) comes with this tide. And various field professionals believe the potential of Music Therapy. Therefore, the purpose of this study is designing the experiment with Chinese Five Elements Tonal music and collects subjects’ physiology response by Ryodoraku to analysis with Decision Tree. The result of this study is the relationship between music and Twelve Main Meridians. Finally,it will be established by Ontology for clinical applications.
