And erect the international firms or companies are important factor to promote International Logistic. In this time, most manufacture farm deem Taiwan’s Logistic companies have not enough international logistic service, so their international logistic usually by oneself, and don’t contracting-out to they. So, when they need cost down their logistic cost, and promote their international logistic service, this study used Neuro-Fuzzy and Mega-Fuzzification to provide the evaluation Model of the International Logistic Industry, this model can help the logistic farm to evaluate how International there is, and to the other farm of customer to evaluate the International Logistic farm how International of they need. So, this study used five factors, they factor: business organization, contest environment, operation content, technology and policy of the law and used this five factor to provide the how International Model of Logistic. It can help farm to choice International Logistic farm when they need something international logistic sever, and for the logistic farm have an evaluation Industry, and promote to their International level to satisfy their customers.
