碩士 / 中華大學 / 營建管理學系碩士班 / 98 / Because of the population aggregation and need for people's livelihood, the self-purification capacity of river water are reduced in Taiwan. Although our country has moved into modern country, the low level of sewage treatment will affect the overall national competitiveness. In order to speed up construction of sewage systems, the government will incorporate sewage into the major national construction projects in recent years. The link percentage of sewage will be increased to 35.73% in 2014.
The National Development Plan of Executive Yuan has compiled the sewage construction into the "12-Construction of Loving Taiwan" to enhance the link percentage of sewage. Currently the major barriers which affect the sewage linkage project are still lack of effective correct measures. This study will focus on the analysis of user pipeline connecting construction barriers for sewage project. The influence factors will be analyzed for owners to take appropriate response for future construction. The possible improvement strategies will be proposed to promote construction speed, increase user pipeline link percentage, prevent affecting competitiveness rating and create total national competition.
