To increase their job satisfaction. So, The main purpose of this study, is to explore the human agency service satisfaction of the foreign workers to adapt to the impact of overseas、overseas foreign workers the ability to adapt to the impact of job satisfaction and performance. And human agency service satisfaction on the job satisfaction of im-pact analysis.
In this study, To work in Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and Viet-nam, the foreign workers as the research object .Total 420 questionnaires were issued. Recycling 379. Total number of 327 valid questionnaires were recovered. To verify the agency service satisfaction, overseas adaptation and job satisfaction relationship be-tween the three variables. Obtained results are as follows:1. Recruitment agency service satisfaction outside the adaptation of foreign lau showed a significant positive effect. 2.
