A Study of the Impact of Overseas Employers Ethnocentric Orientation and Family Life Cycleon Offshore Job Intention / 外派人員民族優越感與家庭生命週期對外派意願影響之研究

碩士 / 大葉大學 / 管理學院碩士在職專班 / 98 / After globalization Taiwan enterprise in order to continue to extend and expand enterprise's core competitiveness, smooth achieves the global layout, overseas employ-ers ethnocentric orientation is the important topic to the overseas dispatch human re-sources management. The family factor is more important to the external assignment personnel duty performance. Therefore, this research plans to discuss the relationship between the overseas employers ethnocentric orientation, the family life cycle and off-shore job intention.
The purpose of this research was to discuss: 1. Discussion the effect of the over-seas employers ethnocentric orientation and the family life cycle on the offshore job in-tention. 2. Discussion the relationship between the overseas employers ethnocentric orientation and family life cycle. 3. To provide the opinion about t the overseas dispatch human resources management to the Taiwanese businessman.
This research focused on the external assignment personnel who accredits the mainland shoe industry manufacture by Taiwan enterprise . A total of 342 valid ques-tionnaires were obtained through convenience sampling. SPSS 12.0 statistical software was used to confirm the hypothesis which the literature discussion proposed by pro-ceeding the narration statistical analysis, the correlation analysis, the regression analy-sis.
The results of this research are as follows: 1. The overseas employers ethnocentric orientation remarkable negative influenced its offshore job intention. 2. The children’s condition in the external assignment personnel's family life cycle remarkable negative influenced its offshore job intention; marital status and the condition of spouse accom-pany in family life cycle will not remarkable negative influence its offshore job inten-tion. 3. The overseas employers ethnocentric orientation has remarkable related with the family life cycle.
