Abstract
This research case is the science and technology industry To be listed, from set up until now, has spared no effort to talented person's cultivation, more than 30 for years, the step which and grew continually by its stable foundation, becomes a stock which neither rises suddenly nor drops sharply in the major industry, also were maintaining certain profit the certain profit condition is maintaining by yearly condition, but at the moment, there are many talented people who are from the particular enterprise cultivate; The financial storm raids, the case enterprise continues to the talented person to put into the cultivation, hopefully, for next stage enterprise management, has leapt to jump onto the stage talented person of by these cultivation, It would be another management peak for the creation enterprise.
The main conclusion of this research has the training resources investment co relational which makes a profit with the company. According to the findings, this research may not test as the tech industry talented person cultivation.
