碩士 / 義守大學 / 管理學院碩士班 / 98 / Facing the coming of the knowledge-based economy, enterprises have realized sustaining competitive advantage doesn’t any more depend on land, labor or capital they have but on knowledge resource such as intellectual and innovation they posses, which are the core elements of knowledge-based economy. It’s the main competitiveness of enterprises to have ability to extracted knowledge resource from technology stream and transform it into innovation value. Therefore, Knowledge management has become the primary subject of enterprises in the 21st.
To follow the government’s national defense policy, the navy recently reduces the prescribed number of personnel and adjusts the demobilization policy, making the loss of underlying professionals a new problem in the navy warship troops. Consequently, knowledge management, which provides the crew members in every level with sufficient knowledge making them achieve the best outcome on their work, is something the navy authority should place great importance to.
This study chooses crew members on navy warship as the researching objects, issuing 280 questionnaires and retrieved 258 questionnaires. After filtering, there are 241 effective questionnaires (the effective rate is 86.1%).
Analyzing by items, factors, reliability, effectiveness, describing statistics, differences, correlation and regressions of the data, we achieve following results:
1.Different population statistics forms, such as the age, education, ranks have remarkable differences in arms life-span management constitution.
2.Different population statistics forms, such as the age, education, ranks have remarkable differences in knowledge management constitution.
3.There is remarkable relation between arms life-span management and knowledge management.
Finally, we propose concrete suggestions for the navy authorities and the following researchers as a reference.
