碩士 / 開南大學 / 物流與航運管理學系 / 98 / Several proposals have been raised on the reform of shipping and port authorities in the past years. Hoewever, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications proposed to carry out the corporatization of Harbor Bureaus recently. The proposal involved many issues such as the revision of laws, the reconstruction of organization, the division of business, assets and arrangement of employees etc. This research probes into above-mentioned issues on the corporatization of Harbor Bureaus. It is expected the reference may be given for related authorities.
