碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 電機工程系 / 98 / The reserve of global fossil energy is reduced year by year due to the demands of energy resources in the whole world and burning fossil fuels causing global warming. Looking for the alternative energy will be the main trend of humankind. Ocean energy means rich, clean, without pollution in the sea, if the ocean energy could develop effectively and make good use, it will slow down the massive consumption of current energy sources and the threat of global warming on earth. The purpose of this research is to use e-learning method, and Moodle course management system to set up a web-based learning platform by ADDIE systematic teaching design pattern to promote ocean energy. Furthermore, it can improve popular knowledge, providing contribution of energy and environmental education.
