碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 機械與精密工程研究所 / 98 / The purpose of this research is to assess the accuracy and stability of the passive process of RFID E-seal system during a long time operation. By the performance of “RFID E-seal Convey System” in Kaohsiung Harbor, the research is conducted on samples based on four months integration test. Statistical analysis of RFID fixed reader by rate through collecting data of E-seal system at the port of entry. The result shows that the operation of RFID E-seal system can withstand the harsh conditions of Kaohsiung Harbor for a long time. The rate of reading consistent with the original goals of the plan is more than 95%. The implementation is suitable for the Transit container control and can replace the manual escort. Furthermore an enlarged implementation of RFID in Keelung Harbor and Taichung Harbor can be considered. It is able to significantly shorten the customs clearance time, reduce operating costs of the shipping, save huge Customs escort labors and achieve the goals of Container transport security.
