In Taiwan, many transportation of industries depend on chemical tank vehicles. There is domestic hazardous material transport training for chemical tank vehicle drivers. There are also road traffic regulations, however, chemical tank vehicle accidents still occur often. The extremely most proportion of it is human factors which can be seen from the data. More and more scholars both in Taiwan and in the world devote to study on the human factors of the fatigue driving besides of the drinking driving, which indicates that the prevention of fatigue driving is becoming the focus of international scholars. Besides, Petrochemical product transportation accidents would, endanger the safety of road users, which possibly causes greater damage due to the leakage of the transport product. In addition to causing damage to life safety and property, it may also result in permanent damage to the environment. The study focuses on the petrochemical transport industry to process questionnaire survey on its chemical tank vehicle drivers, and analyze the relationship between the work environment, physical state, and fatigue driving as the basis for future domestic fatigue driving related researches.
